Cristiano Ronaldo Debuts New Black & Red Nike HyperAdapts
An on-feet look at the self-lacing Nikes.

Cristiano Ronaldo is the highest paid athlete of 2017, with a total earnings value of $93 million USD and a lifelong Nike deal worth $1 billion USD. As one of the Swoosh’s biggest partners, Ronaldo has received some of the most sought-after tribute sneakers such as a special edition Air Force 1 Ultraforce.
Just recently, the Portuguese footballer was spotted wearing a never-before-seen black and red colorway of the Nike HyperAdapt 1.0. The self-lacing sneakers were debuted during Ronaldo’s tour in China with Nike. In addition to the from-afar look at the futuristic kicks, courtesy of Ronaldo, Nike PR director Heidi Burgett offered a closer, albeit blurry, on-feet peep at the model.
Nike is currently working on a second generation HyperAdapt 2.0, which will be relatively more affordable than the first version.
