Nike's LeBron Soldier 11 Is Striving for Greatness
King James and the Swoosh channel the look of last season’s championship-winning kicks.
Last season, Nike celebrated King James‘ first championship in Cleveland with a special “Strive for Greatness” rendition of LeBron’s title-winning kicks, the LeBron Soldier 10. Now, after debuting a clean white colorway of the shoe’s 2017 followup, the Swoosh is back with a “Strive For Greatness” iteration of the new LeBron Soldier 11. Inspired by last year’s model, the upcoming drop once again opts for a predominately black look, this time going with a monochromatic upper that comes complete with nubuck applications. The old gum sole has also been cast aside in favor of an icy blue rubber outsole.
The quad-strapped LeBron Soldier 11 “Strive For Greatness” drops May 31 for $140 USD.
