Charlotte Hornets Will Be the Only Team Wearing Jordan Brand Jerseys Next Season
Kemba and company set to don the iconic Jumpman.
Jordan Brand will tip off the 2017-2018 NBA season by outfitting the Charlotte Hornets with gear as per Nike’s new contract as the league’s official outfitter. According to the Hornets’ latest press release, the team will officially launch the Jordan Brand jerseys alongside the reopening of the Hornets Fan Shop, which is slated to launch late September. Coinciding with Michael Jordan being the heart and soul of Jordan Brand as well as part owner of the team, it makes sense that the Hornets would be the sole team to don the Jumpman logo in lieu of the Swoosh.
With athletes such as Kemba Walker and Michael Kidd-Gilchrist already members of Jordan Brand, do you think this will help propel MJ’s brand?
