Nintendo’s Switch release is finally here which now leads to the launch of the fan favorite, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. The upcoming racing classic aims to take the gamer back to the good ol’ days of early Nintendo while adding a selection of new features to let you know that its developers have been paying attention to what its fan base has been craving. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe adds a few new faces such as Inkling Girl and Inkling Boy, while returning to the scene are favorites Dry Bones, King Boo and Bowser Jr. Customization is welcomed within the game from your own racer to the style of your kart as well. 48 tracks, the ability to hold two items at the same time and a “easy mode” feature to prevent newbies from ultimate frustration on pitfall levels — notably Rainbow Road — will help secure the Switch’s premium racing game as a new classic.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is set to launch on April 28. Take a look at the video above and pre-order now.
