After the initial unveiling of its collaboration with Converse, Babylon LA has released a new video clip highlighting the collection as it prepares for its launch. The imprint’s first-ever foray into video depicts what founder Lee Spielman describes as “Babylon in a nutshell.” Shot on VHS and 16mm cameras in its entirety by Spielman and Aaron Brown, the five-minute clip follows the crew around Los Angeles as they hit various street spots in the city while causing plenty of ruckus on the way. The store’s recognizable backyard pool also makes an appearance during a session as well. Check out the raw footage below, as well as the cleaner shots in the gallery, and look to purchase the gothic font-clad kicks in-store and online starting Noon PST on February 2.
