The Shoe Surgeon Takes the Air Jordan 1 to the Soccer Pitch
A new kind of basketball-meets-soccer silhouette.
The Shoe Surgeon has once again taken aim at the Air Jordan 1 model, in a new, albeit, radical way. The custom sneaker artist thought to fuse the hoops-turned-lifestyle silhouette with that of another classic model in the soccer-inspired Nike Tiempo ‘94.
The dual sport mashup creation reveals a keen likeness to the original AJ1, however, spotlights subtle artistic twists, as seen in the Tiempo’s signature overlapping tongue and accentuating exposed stitching found on the vamp region.
