Kevin Durant Invests in Fast Pizza Company, Pieology
Following in the footsteps of LeBron.
The latest athlete to invest in a fast pizza company is Golden State Warriors’ own Kevin Durant. Similar to LeBron James’s stake in Blaze Pizza, the NBA Finals MVP has teamed up with Pieology to carry on its “make-your-own-pizza” concept. According to ESPN, KD’s Durant Co. is set to own a few Pieology franchises.
Durant has been known to support various food brands, such as Orange Leaf Yogurt and the popular Kind bars during his time with the Thunder. With the aforementioned deals being a thing of the past, KD is set to boost the success of Pieology as its business is “still in the early stage.”
