JAMES Presents Spring/Summer 2018 Lookbook
Deconstructed layers, arresting patterns, and impactful colors.

Design collective JAMES primes its debut release for Spring/Summer 2018. The collection sets the tone for the label’s aesthetic: traditional clothing filtered through a contemporary lens.
Members of JAMES’ design team previously held positions at Tom Ford, Calvin Klein, Alexander McQueen, and other recognizable names in fashion — the experience is demonstrated by JAMES’ progressive Summer 2018 collection. Relaxed trousers and jeans correspond to oversized outerwear and shirting boasting plenty of substantial lapels and sleeves. Workwear staples like trucker jackets and coveralls are reimagined in striking colors, while a pair of wide cargo pants are updated with tearaway detailing. The hardiness of the denim and functionally-inspired clothes is offset by both the delicacy of the deconstructed knitwear and the youthfulness of the printed pants and shirts.
Select items from the made-in-England collection are available for pre-order on JAMES’ webstore.
