Here's the First Trailer for Christopher Guest's Ridiciously Strange 'Mascots'
“Ridiculous” is an understatement.
Director Christopher Guest is an expert when it comes to creating rollicking mockumentaries. His latest satirical film Mascots centers upon the fictional lives of sports mascots who battle it out to win a mascot championship title. The film is jam-packed with familiar celebrities including The 40-Year-Old Virgin actress Jane Lynch, Dazed and Confused actress Parker Posey as well as Bridesmaids actor Chris O’Dowd to name a few. The hilarious first trailer depicts O’Dowd as a huge fist that demolishes anything that stands in his way, as well as an unsuspecting mascot funeral.
Take a look at the two-minute clip above and expect Mascots to drop on Netflix this October 13.
