Film studios are capitalizing on the zombie genre craze with announcements of a new Zombieland 2 movie in the works, the release of the Girl With All the Gifts trailer and now the recent opening of the Korean film, Train to Busan. The story is written and directed by Yeon Sang-Ho and revolves around a high-speed commuter train that’s suddenly overtaken by zombies. The central character is a selfish businessman (played by Gong Yoo) who must find a way to protect his daughter (played by Kim Su-an) during this disastrous ride. The two must also deal with other surviving passengers on the train, which means they’ll all have to work as a team to ensure their safety and reach their destination. Watch the trailer above and see the chaos that ensues.

Train to Busan opened on July 22 in select theaters. Let us know in the comments if this has potential to be a great zombie flick.
