Zach Galifianakis Schemes to Get Filthy Rich in Official Trailer for 'Masterminds'

In the official trailer for Jared Hess’s Masterminds, Zach Galifianakis stars as a morose armored truck driver who makes desperate attempts along with his dimwitted pals to steal $17 million USD. The Napoleon Dynamite director packs this upcoming comedy with a plethora of hijinks that features Kristen Wiig as Galifianakis’s flirtatious coworker, Owen Wilson as the brains behind the heist, Jason Sudeikis as a hitman, and Leslie Jones as a tireless cop who is out to destroy the whole ridiculous operation.
The comedy–based on a true story–was originally set to debut in August 2015, but due to financial struggles the film was pulled from release. Nonetheless, take a look at the latest Masterminds trailer above and expect the film to finally hit theaters September 30.
