Red Bull Goes Snowboarding in the Dunes of Dakar
Polish rally racer Kuba Przygońsk and snowboarder Wojtek “Gniazdo” Pawlusiak hit the Arabian Peninsula.
It’s not like desert snowboarding hasn’t been done before. But, naturally, Red Bull has done it better than just about anyone before, hitting warmer climates after traversing an empty New Jersey waterpark back in January and heading to Dakar to tackle some of the Arabian Peninsula’s highest dunes and best sand rails. And, as you might have guessed, this isn’t just your run of the mill slide down the slopes: Red Bull tapped Polish driver Kuba Przygońsk to pull snowboarder Wojtek “Gniazdo” Pawlusiak across the picturesque sands in a rally-customized MINI.
