Our Favorite Kicks Dropping This Saturday, March 5
Nikes, Asics, Jordans, adidas, oh my.

It’s not a huge weekend for sneaker drops, but there are some notable releases slated for this Saturday, March 5. Inspired by atmos’s iconic Air Max 1 collaboration, the Air Presto “Safari” may be the most hyped release as well as the most exclusive, due to its Quickstrike designation. Following the clean black-on-white AF1 High and the Yeezy-inspired Foampositre PRM, adidas Originals is bringing back a classic silhouette from the ’80s, the Riviera, which will likely be a big push for the brand over the next year.
The GORE-TEX-clad GEL Lyte V “Ice” makes our list a week after their exclusive release at Concepts, because they’ll be hitting a number of additional retailers around the globe this weekend and should be a solid pair to get you through spring’s fluctuating weather. The AJ2 silhouette may not be anyone’s favorite, but the white and black “Wing It” colorway is clean and understated, and the same goes for the luxe “Vachetta Tan” KD8. Before you get to the Air Jordan 1 KO in Sail and Varsity Red, the superlight Air Force 1 Low Flyknit is an office favorite, and if you haven’t had the chance to try them on, we highly recommend them for your warm-weather arsenal.
Rounding out our list are two on-court sneakers for the hoopers. The Kyrie 2 “Brotherhood” and AJ XXX “UNC,” are two models that perform exceptionally well on the hardwood, so if you’re in need of new balling kicks, these should be at the top of your list.
You can cop many of these drops at top sneaker retailers, including Sneaker Politics, Wish ATL, Titolo, Concepts, and many more.
