MM6 Maison Margiela has unveiled its Fall/Winter 2026 campaign, offering a fresh perspective on the collection’s exploration of everyday dressing and exaggerated normality. Shot by Philippine Chaumont and Agathe Zaerpour, the new visuals revisit the themes established during the label’s FW26 presentation at Milano Centrale, where the train station’s constant movement of arrivals and departures served as a backdrop for a cast of familiar yet distinctly individual characters.
Translating this concept into campaign form, the visuals place MM6’s signature design philosophy of reduction, straightforwardness and reinterpreted wardrobe archetypes at the forefront. The collection challenges conventional ideas of ordinary clothing, finding unexpected character in familiar garments and proportions while maintaining the label’s deliberately understated, offbeat sensibility.
The FW26 wardrobe draws on recognizable staples, including checked shirts, denim jackets, tailored blazers, full skirts, tracksuit tops, ski sweaters and zip-up fleeces, reworked through subtle structural interventions and unconventional styling. Ribbed jersey back panels streamline the silhouettes of shirts, trench coats and jackets, while exposed linings, adjustable snap-fastened hems and reduced proportions introduce an element of experimentation.
