Giorgio Armani and Kith Unveil Third Collaboration, Dreams of the Dune
Debuting with a runway show in the Moroccan desert
Giorgio Armani and Kith have announced their third menswear collaboration, Dreams of the Dune.
Drawing inspiration from desert landscapes and hues, the collection debuted on October 9 (local time) during a runway show held in the Agafay Desert in Marrakech, Morocco.
The collection fuses Giorgio Armani’s long-cultivated tailoring aesthetics with Kith’s modern approach to menswear. Building on their past two collaborations, the brands reinterpret structure, proportion, and materiality to offer a complete wardrobe spanning ready-to-wear, accessories, and footwear.
The inspiration stems from the tranquility of the desert and the colors woven by the sun-drenched earth. A color palette transitioning from black and deep blue to dark brown, reddish earth tones, sand, greige, gray, and icy white is reflected across the materials, layering, and silhouettes.
The lineup is anchored by belted shearling jackets, two-tone lamb leather utility jackets, and lambskin suede blousons. Signature Giorgio Armani details—such as unconstructed tailoring, soft shoulder lines, and relaxed silhouettes—are newly interpreted through Kith’s lens. Alongside trousers and cargo pants, the offering includes reversible sweater blousons, short-sleeve sweaters, cashmere sets, graphic t-shirts, and embroidered sweatshirts.
Materials include leather, suede, silk, cotton, viscose, virgin wool, cashmere, and pure hemp. The fluid landscape of the desert is captured through prints inspired by wind-sculpted dunes. A cohesive aesthetic runs throughout the entire collection, extending to accessories like scarves, gloves, and hats, as well as leather goods, travel items, and eyewear.
Furthermore, the launch features special collaborations with ASICS, Diemme, and ‘47. The shared aesthetic of Giorgio Armani and Kith is expressed through the craftsmanship and design legacy of each partnering brand.
The triple collaboration with ASICS introduces the GEL-MAI 0.1 in two colorways: “Quarry” and “Safari.” Combining pigskin suede, nubuck, and long-hair suede, the sneakers feature the logos of each brand on the sides, heels, and tongues. The Diemme partnership offers five footwear styles crafted with suede, leather, and shearling linings. The capsule collection with ‘47 rolls out nine cap styles utilizing wool, cashmere, lambskin leather, and duck canvas.
“Giorgio Armani x Kith Dreams of the Dune” will be available starting Friday, October 16 at Kith Tokyo, Kith Osaka, the official online store and app, as well as select Giorgio Armani boutiques. The GEL-MAI 0.1 will be sold exclusively at Kith stores, its official online store, and the app. Pricing, detailed color options, and size ranges for each item are currently undisclosed.
