New Balance is set to drop a new “Vaporous Grey” colorway for its premium 1500 Made in England silhouette. This warm-toned and understated iteration offers a fresh take on the classic model, which was originally designed by Steven Smith and debuted in 1989.
The upper is a masterclass in textural depth, layering premium pearl grey suede over smooth leather panels and breathable mesh. By opting for a restrained, monochromatic palette, the brand highlights the complex paneling of the 1500 rather than relying on loud color blocking.
