Fendi Casa Reveals New Luxury Condo Complex Project in South Florida

Fendi Casa is now expanding to luxury condos. Set to debut its new residential complex in South Florida, the Italian luxury fashion house has doubled down on its real estate investments as they build a 22-apartment in Aventura, Florida called Avenia.

With this project, the Italian brand debuts Avenia Interiors by Fendi Casa, marking a new chapter. In partnership with real estate firm Vertical Developments, Fendi Casa’s newest waterfront luxury complex’s architectural design is expected to be led by Miami-based firm Kobi Karp and landscaping design company L&ND Design. The complex will include 50,000 square feet of greenery that includes a linear park and exterior vertical garden. As for the residential units, they are designed alongside The One Atelier. Apartments span from 3,500 square feet and include premium details such as wood paneling throughout the apartments to complement travertine stone and quartz for kitchen countertops. Each of the units feature three to four bedrooms, as well as walk-in closets, spa bathrooms and even smart home technologies.

Each unit begin at $5 million USD and will give the residents access to the complex’s amenities like state of the art fitness center complete with Pilates and yoga studios, a spa center, library, game room, salon for private events and more. The complex also includes a pool and private cabanas on the rooftop. Alberto da Passano, chief executive officer of Fendi Casa said in a statement, “This project represents an important new chapter for Fendi Casa in the realm of interior design. As prestigious projects gain prominence globally, we are thrilled to contribute to this development, bringing our unique blend of Italian mastery and everlasting contemporary allure to Aventura, Fla.” He added, “Each detail at Avenia has been curated with meticulous attention to create an environment that reflects the essence of Fendi Casa, seamlessly integrated into the beauty of its natural backdrop. We look forward to setting a new benchmark for refined living in this exceptional community.”

This is not Fendi Casa’s first venture into luxury residences. Fendi has also unveiled the Fendi Private Residences in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, and the Podo Private Residences in Seoul, featuring interior design provided by Fendi Casa in collaboration with architect Dominique Perrault. As for in Florida, Fendi Casa’s presence also includes the creation of two luxury penthouses in the Jem Private Residences tower in Miami where each are priced at $8 million USD. While Avenia is slated to be finished in early 2027, the Jem Sky Villas will be done end of 2027.
