Update: We’re quickly nearing the release of this “Mocha” iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG as Nike has just unveiled the shoe’s official imagery. Its white, black and brown build — which we detailed previously below — is now set to drop on September 21 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $140 USD.

Update: One of many upcoming Air Jordan 1 Low OG launches is the “Mocha” colorway. First spotted back in May, we now have a closer look at the kicks in this “White/Black-Palomino” arrangement. For a complete rundown of its specifications, review our initial breakdown below, and stay tuned for an official look at the pair as it remains anticipated to release on August 21 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $140 USD.

Original Story: When it comes to the Air Jordan 1, Jordan Brand has made a point of making the design, in its many forms, available to all. While some projects, like the many Travis Scott-designed pairs, are all but impossible to cop for retail, there are so many iterations of the Air Jordan 1 dropping each season that you’re likely to run into at least a pair or two whenever you visit your sneaker store of choice. Though this new “Mocha” colorway of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG is unlikely to be an easy pickup.

Combining white, black and brown across the original low-top version of the Air Jordan 1, this “Mocha” version, depicted via mock-up above and spotted in-hand below, is reminiscent of 2020’s Air Jordan 1 High “Dark Mocha.” Its leather upper sports white at its base while black covers the forefoot’s overlays and the Swooshes and its “Mocha” brown adorns the heel. An off-white stitched midsole combines with a black outsole while the heel’s Wings logo arrives in black as well.

At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not shared any release details regarding this “Mocha” iteration of the Air Jordan 1 Low OG. Stay tuned for updates, including official imagery, as we currently expect the sneaker to land on shelves starting on August 21 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a price of $140 USD. Enjoy a first look at the sneaker in the Instagram gallery embedded below.
