Update: It’s about time for the “White” iteration of Drake’s NOCTA x Nike Hot Step 2 to land on shelves. Arriving after the silhouette’s debut in “Total Orange” last month, the new colorway sees a white upper accented by hits of silver hardware. Meanwhile, the outsole, which sports NOCTA’s north stars motif, adds a hint of yellow to the sneaker. Release is set to take place via Nike SNKRS on May 9 at a price of $200 USD. For more info about the sneaker, review our initial breakdown below. Starting June 9, the shoe will also be available to shop through authorized retailers such as HBX.

Original Story: Shortly after the debut of the NOCTA x Nike Hot Step 2 in “Total Orange”, Drake has taken to his Instagram Story to show off another pair, this time in a more understated colorway. First appearing in the vibrant orange, Drake has shown a “White” rendition of the shoe.

Continuing to expand Drake’s Nike collaboration, the upcoming pair of bulky basketball and turf trainer hybrids arrive in a color scheme of white, chrome and univeristy gold hues. Seemingly constructed in a breathable mesh and synthetic leather overlays to contrast, the mini Swoosh also seems to be hit with a chrome finish, similar to the midfoot TPU overlays and back heel tabs. The NOCTA branding is on the tongue as it sits atop a foam midsole featuring the signature AIR cushioning.

Look out for the NOCTA x Nike Hot Step 2 “White” this summer at select retailers and online at Nike for $200 USD.
