Stüssy Taps Heal The Bay for Coastal Protection T-Shirt
All proceeds benefit Heal The Bay’s efforts to keep SoCal’s coastal waters and watersheds safe, healthy and clean.
After opening its Milan chapter store last month, Laguna Beach-founded streetwear label Stüssy has returned to reveal a charitable collaboration with environmental non-profit Heal The Bay. Dedicated to protecting the coastal waters and watersheds of southern California, the duo has crafted a dual-logo T-shirt, from which all proceeds will benefit Heal The Bay’s ocean conservation efforts.
The design itself speaks for the collaboration’s mission. The front of the T-shirt boasts a simple co-branded stamp on the chest, while the back of the silhouette delivers a strong message: “From summit to sea, protect what you love. We can’t wait any longer to take action locally and globally. Our ocean and watersheds should be teeming with diverse wildlife.” The letter, signed with Stüssy’s signature iconography and Heal The Bay’s fish motif, is decorated with images of crabs, starfish, birds and more.
The collaboration is only the latest in Stüssy and Heal The Bay’s rolodex: the duo first joined forces in 2022 for their first T-shirt collection, and they reunited one year later for a second lineup of tops and trucker hats with similar call-to-action messaging.
The Stüssy x Heal The Bay collaboration will be available to shop on the brand’s webstore as well as in select chapter stores beginning Friday, May 3, at 10 a.m. PT. Take a look at the design in the gallery above.
