After bringing its new and improved Air Jordan 9 Golf back to the market last month with the recognizable “True Red” colorway, Jordan Brand is now ready to drop the model in a second edition: “Cool Grey.” The release pattern follows past years, as the brand has often sought to familiarize its golf customers with the signature colorways of its heritage models before exploring designs that lean into the golf aesthetic. Fans of the Jumpman will immediately identify with the “Cool Grey” arrangement, which utilizes varying shades of grey complemented with white accents.

In this case, the darkest shade is found on the wraparound, patent finish mudguards which also match the hue of the cleated outsoles. When combined with the white foam midsole, this creates a three layer effect as a light smoke grey envelops the genuine leather upper and synthetic leather tongues. Many have noted that the AJ9 G is one of Jordan Brand’s most comfortable golf models yet, and that can be attributed to the memory foam insoles, padded sockliners and tongues. Another feature that golfers are sure to appreciate is the waterproof build that makes these shoes a valid choice for all seasons.

The AJ9 G “Cool Grey” is expected to release in the coming weeks at a retail price of $230 USD.
