The past few years have been particularly exciting for the fashion x automotive space, with 2024 elevating the category to new heights. It’s become clear that this is not just a passing trend but instead, something that’s here to stay.

This year, we’ve seen participation across the board, from luxury fashion brands like Balenciaga and Moncler to veterans in the category like Kith and Aimé Leon Dore. There has also been a strong participation from leading automakers like Lamborghini, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz and more — all of which have pushed the boundaries of their design DNA.

From sporty logo-laden wears to elevated luxury pieces, 2024 had it all. The year was filled with drops that focused on quality over quantity, with most brands seemingly making it a priority to release highly curated, premium collections. See our 10 favorite fashion x automotive drops of the year below.

Bentley x PICANTE Capsule

Bentley and PICANTE joined forces in 2024 to release The Open Road Collection, a seven-piece capsule celebrating luxury and exploration. The standout item from the drop was a limited-edition leather bomber jacket, crafted from embossed cowhide leather with Bentley’s signature diamond-quilted interior, limited to just 20 pieces. Complementing the jacket were essentials like a lambswool knit sweater, hoodies and caps, all inspired by Bentley’s heritage and PICANTE’s modern edge.

Kith x BMW Collection

Kith and BMW teamed up again, this time for a drop during Miami Art Week. The collection featured a bold apparel range in colors like Techno Violet and Cinnabar Red, with luxe Italian leather jackets, wool outerwear and suede pieces. Highlights included co-branded accessories like leather driving gloves and a 1:18 scale BMW XM model. The fashion element was complemented by the limited-edition 2025 BMW XM by Kith, available in bespoke finishes and featuring exclusive Kith branding. A custom 1981 BMW M1 added some flair, showcasing the significant possibilities available when two heavyweights in their respective fields team up.

Ferdi Porsche’s F.A.T. International x Sean Wotherspoon Ice Race Capsule

Ferdi Porsche‘s FAT International made a statement this year when it teamed up with designer Sean Wotherspoon for the annual Ice Race in Zell am See, Austria. The capsule featured over a dozen handpicked vintage pieces, customized by Wotherspoon, including deadstock satin jackets, faded Carhartt pants and a one-piece driving suit. Each item was embedded with NFC technology for blockchain-based authentication and unique ownership perks, making it a perfect blend of motorsport culture and contemporary design. This creative fusion elevated the Ice Race experience, reinforcing FAT’s reputation as a platform for automotive and lifestyle innovation.

Balenciaga x Lamborghini

While not a standalone collection, Balenciaga’s Fall 2025 range featured an exciting collaboration with Lamborghini, celebrating the automaker’s bold design ethos. Highlights included co-branded graphic tees featuring the 2025 Lamborghini Temerario, along with leather bombers, racing jackets and accessories like a driver’s manual-inspired clutch and car key fob. Balenciaga’s signature Rodeo and Hourglass bags were reimagined with Lamborghini’s iconic Shield insignia, blending high fashion with the automotive world in a standout drop.

Lewis Hamilton x Tyler, the Creator +44 Las Vegas Racing Capsule

Lewis Hamilton’s +44 label and Tyler, the Creator’s GOLF WANG joined forces for a racing-inspired capsule ahead of the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. The collection fused GOLF WANG’s bold aesthetics with +44’s motorsport edge, featuring motocross jackets, workwear with racetrack motifs and button-ups blending F1 and Vegas emblems. With creative direction from Tyler and campaign imagery shot by Luis “Panch” Perez, the collab brought vibrant energy to both the track and fashion.

NIGO x Moncler Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon

In terms of fashion x automotive, it doesn’t get much better than NIGO‘s reimagining of the Mercedes-Benz G-Class through a Moncler-inspired lens for the “Mercedes-Benz Project G-Class Past II Future.” Unveiled at the “City of Genius” show in Shanghai, the limited-edition G-Class featured a striking two-tone olive green and grey exterior, checked upholstery and gold accents, merging 1990s nostalgia with modern luxury. With only 20 units produced, this exclusive drop celebrated the G-Wagon’s legacy while showcasing NIGO’s vision of vintage-meets-contemporary design. The vehicle was also accompanied by a fashion collection for the campaign but release details have yet to be shared at the time of writing.

Aimé Leon Dore x Porsche 993 Turbo in Mulberry Green

A fan favorite combo — Aimé Leon Dore (ALD) and Porsche — reunited to unveil a bespoke 993 Turbo in Mulberry Green, blending 1990s automotive excellence with ALD’s refined aesthetic. Featuring a custom whale-tail rear wing, Mulberry Green Turbo Twist rims with gold accents, and a rich dark brown leather interior, the design celebrated both performance and craftsmanship. Highlights included a brass gear knob inspired by the Unisphere and door sills honoring ALD’s Queens roots. Debuting at ALD’s London flagship, the car was accompanied by a significant capsule collection and a pair of color-matched New Balance 993s.

Period Correct Outlander Collection

Period Correct, known for its automotive-inspired drops had a big year, filled with a range of different collections but our favorite of the lot had to be the Outlander Collection, which celebrated the adventurous spirit of classic overland vehicles like the Gelandewagen and Range Rover. The collection blended rugged exploration with streetwear aesthetics, featuring crewneck sweaters, hoodies, t-shirts and accessories like a camo cap and “G-Wagen Owners Club” zip-up hoodie. Retro graphics of vintage SUVs and varsity-style fonts added nostalgic charm, making it a must-have for modern adventurers and automotive enthusiasts.

Team Ikuzawa x Daniel Arsham Porsche 904 Collab and Capsule Collection

Industry heavyweights Team Ikuzawa and Daniel Arsham brought Japanese motorsport heritage to the forefront at the 2024 Goodwood Revival with an exclusive capsule collection alongside their collaborative Porsche 904 GTS. The collection included standout pieces like a white denim varsity jacket with intricately embroidered patches, a trunk bag and a first-ever engine lid badge. Designed to transcend typical racing merch, the pieces fused vintage-inspired branding with contemporary streetwear aesthetics.

Type 7 x Loopwheeler x House Industries Porsche 993-Inspired “Sevenwheeler” Collection

Last but not least, Type 7 and Loopwheeler celebrated craftsmanship and Porsche heritage with their “Sevenwheeler” capsule collection, inspired by the iconic Porsche 993 Carrera RS. The collection featured refined cotton apparel crafted on traditional Tsuriamiki machines, limited-edition printed artworks by House Industries, a custom rug and a luxury zine showcasing Loopwheeler’s meticulous process. Merging precision, analog nostalgia and playful design, the collection captured the essence of timeless automotive and textile artistry.
