Update: We first discussed the possibility of the Air Jordan 3 “Pure Money” returning in 2025 last October. Now, a first look at this year’s version of the colorway has surfaced, confirming that it is on the way. Based on this limited preview of the sneaker, it looks to stay true to its predecessor as its all-white build features notes of “Metallic Silver” and again sports a “PURE $” callout underneath the heel tab. Release is now expected to take place on July 5 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers at a starting price of $200 USD.

Original Story: As we start to look ahead to what 2025 has in store for us sneaker-wise, the Air Jordan 3 is quietly assembling a roster of notable releases. Jordan Brand has kept the silhouette in steady rotation across recent years, with notable drops this year including the Nina Chanel Abney collaboration and the return of the “Black Cement” colorway.

Now, in addition to the already-previewed “Rare Air” and “Black Cat” pairs dropping next year, zSneakerHeadz and Sneaker Files have shared a new report indicating that the Air Jordan 3 “Pure Money” will be re-releasing for the first time. The all-white colorway from 2007 likely served as inspiration for 2018’s “Pure White” pair, however, next year’s iteration is said to revisit the original white-on-white finish.

At the time of writing, Jordan Brand has not confirmed that the “Pure Money” colorway of the Air Jordan 3 will be returning in 2025. Stay tuned for updates, including a first look at the rumored pair, as it is currently expected to release during the fall of 2025 via Nike SNKRS and select retailers, likely around the typical $200 USD price point.
