KENZO Nods to the Year of the Dragon With Lunar New Year Collection
Featuring an extensive range across menswear, womenswear and kidswear.
KENZO has released its “Year of the Dragon” collection ahead of the Lunar New Year to amp up the festive spirits.
With over 60 pieces across menswear, womenswear and kidswear, the lineup is made up of a plethora of wardrobe staple pieces spanning T-shirts, hoodies, trouser styles as well as outerwear. Pieces are doused in an auspicious color palette dominated by red, black, and golden yellow that’s strikingly punctuated with touches of green, white and pink.
Highlighted from the lineup is the Embroidered Bomber Jacket that’s offered in black and cherry red. The back comes emblazoned with a large gold dragon embroidery, while a much smaller Gold Tiger embroidery graces the left chest on the front.
In addition, genderless styles like the Reversible Embroidered Genderless Jacket and Cardigan are among the lineup’s key hero pieces. Described as a souvenir jacket with quintessential KENZO codes, the former features a silky construction and boxy fit that serves as a canvas for its rich, colorful embroidered details. Similarly, the cardigan is an elevated take on the preppy v-neck silhouette, reimagined with striking colors, expressive appliqué and oversized embroidery.
