BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE Unveils Its SS24 Collection
An expression of Y2K fashion.
Launched back in 2022, BEAMS‘ BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE label has quickly risen to the forefront of Japanese fashion. After opening its first physical location in Tokyo’s Harajuku district, BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE has now unveiled its Spring/Summer 2024 collection.
Centered around the theme of “DIRTY HARD BLING,” the upcoming seasonal range explores a contemporary outlook of the Y2K aesthetic. The chaotic culture of the 2000s is expressed through styling reminiscent of London’s street mood, celebrity fashion, and gyaru culture of Japan.
Standouts include Japanese-made denim with heavy processing finishes marked by wide silhouettes, a low-rise, and a variety of length and hem openings. Other items include a mesh zip-up hoodie, fluffy knit hoodie, and contrast color sweatshirt. Finishing up the collection are belts, chains, and other accessories that reinforce cross and skull motifs featured throughout the range.
The BEAMS FUTURE ARCHIVE SS24 “DIRTY HARD BLING” collection will be available at BEAMS Harajuku Annex from January 19.
