MSCHF's Refreshing Super Normal 2 “Raspberry Lemonade” Is Releasing
What was once a friends and family exclusive is now getting a wider delivery.
2023 has been quite a fruitful year for the MSCHF team as it has introduced a collaborative sneaker with Kid Cudi, worked with TOMM¥ €A$H to debut its Big Yellow Boots Crocs collaboration, sold a microscopic handbag for $63,750 USD and more. And to bring more attention to its footwear line this week, the Brooklyn-based imprint is expanding its Super Normal 2 lineage with the release of a “Raspberry Lemonade” colorway. This makeup was originally a friends and family exclusive, but will now be offered up to the public.
The Air Force 1-inspired silhouette has been updated with a bold and bright color scheme to reflect its beverage-inspired moniker. They boast a yellow upper that creates a bold and eye-catching base while pinkish-red exposed stitchings sit adjacent. Its vibrant raspberry hue is also further incorporated throughout the shoe’s design including the tongue labels, laces, embroidered heel branding and MSCHF insignias on the lateral midsoles and rubber treading. Additionally, the tongue tags proudly display the “Friends and Family” label, signifying its exclusivity and limited availability. Rounding off its design are yellow lace dubraes that are graced with more MSCHF call-outs.
