BTS’ J-Hope made his solo debut on the highly-anticipated Jack In The Box LP in July 2022 prior to his enlistment in the South Korean military. A year later, the K-pop star is returning with the “HOPE Edition,” a CD containing additional content for fans to stream.
J-Hope himself oversaw the planning and composition of the physical album prior before leaving for the military so that listeners would be able to receive new music during his hiatus.
Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition) contains not only the original album but also three live recordings from his set at Lollapalooza last year. It also features two brand-new two instrumental tracks.
Big Hit says that those who purchase the physical edition will additionally receive concept photos and a “variety of special components,” including a lyric book, photo cards, poster and paper toy.
J-Hope’s Jack In The Box (HOPE Edition) is available for pre-order now for $23.98 USD and ships out on August 18.
