After getting a look at YZY Food last month, we are now learning that Ye is reportedly working on a new album. Chicago rapper and collaborator Rooga recently appeared on Adam22‘s No Jumper podcast and offered an update on the controversial and enigmatic artist.

Rooga most recently assisted on Ye’s 2021 album Donda and notably offered vocals on the track “Ok Ok” alongside Lil Yachty.

Touching on a variety of topics during his appearance on No Jumper, Rooga unexpectedly shared, “He’s working on an album.” Prompting Adam22 to press for more information, though the rapper simply repeated his initial statement. Though Rooga did note that Ye was recently in Japan for “business” with his wife Bianca Censori, though it is unclear if the trip was music related.

Stay tuned for more information regarding Ye reportedly working on a new album.
