Rounding out the event’s highlights, more details about the much-anticipated Assassin’s Creed Mirage have been shared via a new gameplay walkthrough. Set in ninth-century Baghdad, a younger version of Basim from Assassin’s Creed Valhalla is the main character of the story as a mere common thief who is haunted by visions. As an homage to the original Assassin’s Creed, Basim goes through the journey of becoming a master assassin while taking on mentorship from Hidden Ones Fuladh and Roshan. Throughout the preview, the vibrant city’s landscape operates as the backdrop to Basim’s skillful maneuvering and stealthy hunting. Fans of the series can look forward to the game’s release on October 12.
