Nike Zoom Vomero 5 Appears With Beige, Olive and Yellow Accents
The running-turned-lifestyle model is served up in another clean color scheme.
While it was released in 2011 and enjoyed a stint in the spotlight in 2019 and 2020, the Zoom Vomero 5 hype has reached a new peak. Given that sneaker bears a semi-chunky build and ‘90 aesthetic, it aligns with many other lifestyle runners that are in the current footwear zeitgeist. And Nike is capitalizing on this garnered momentum by unloading a strong array of colorways this season, one being this newly-unveiled beige, olive and yellow iteration.
A creamy tone dominates most of the real estate here as it covers the mesh toe boxes, collars, Swooshes and overlays that border the quarter panels and attach to the forefoot. Secondary accents include beige hits that show face across the toe tip overlays, ribbed mid-foots and heel overlays while soft olive hues touch up the interior liners and heel cages. Furthermore, you’ll find a tiny dose of yellow that borders the aforementioned Swooshes while a mustardy color styles the midsole molds and treading. The color scheme of this Vomero features soft color-blocking that aligns with the palettes of both summer and fall, which make it a worthy offering to add to your rotation for the second half of the year.
At the time of writing, Nike hasn’t unveiled the pair’s launch date.
For other news, the Nike LeBron 7 “Florida A&M” has surfaced in a “Gorge Green” colorway.
