John Lawrence Sullivan and Everlast Unite for the Love of Boxing
Celebrating six legends of the sport.

John Lawrence Sullivan and Everlast have come together for a new boxing collection honoring six of the biggest legends in the sport.
With a background as a professional boxer, Yanagawa named his brand after John Lawrence Sullivan, the first-ever heavyweight champion of gloved boxing. Launched in Tokyo back in 2003, the label is often known for its masculine blends of old and new, with silhouettes often subverting traditional suiting and drawing upon various post-punk and music influences.
The nicknames of boxing hall-of-famers “Iron” Mike Tyson, Marvin “Marvelous ” Hagler, “The Greatest” Muhammad Ali, Thomas “The Hitman” Hearns, Roberto “Hands of Stone” Duran, and “Sugar” Ray Leonard are printed in distinct typefaces on different-colored tees and hoodies. Boxing-themed black vegan leather shorts, sweats, headbands, tube tops, beanies, and briefs come unisex with large Everlast tags, and rounding out the series is a range of functional training gear including gloves, headgear, and a heavy sandbag.
Look for the collection to release via John Lawrence Sullivan locations, select dealers, and online on June 16.
