Aimé Leon Dore Has Remodeled Its New York City Flagship Store
The SoHo storefront has been renovated with dark brown walls, new art and a vinyl record section.
It has been nothing but high energy spewing from the Aimé Leon Dore team this season as it has kept its fans entertained with fresh New Balance sneaker collaborations, a new chapter in its partnership with Porsche as well as the unveiling of its Spring/Summer 2023 collection. And to keep its momentum at a high level, the brand helmed by Teddy Santis has just announced that it is ready to re-open the doors to its newly-renovated New York City flagship.
The promo video, which can be viewed below, shows off the makeover that the store’s shopping floor, cafe, lounge areas, product displays, and more have undergone. Santis and his crew substituted the clean white walls for muted brown wood, shifting the store’s aesthetic with a warm and luxe feel. New wall art pieces have been added in between the various shelving units and an entire area is dedicated to music as it bears a vinyl records wall along with a DJ section. Staple pieces of the store such as an Air Jordan 1 High “Chicago” vintage pair remains laced around one of the wall lamps, the multiple rows of TVs playing throwback NBA games and the Tyrrell Winston wall of deflated basketballs are retained.
The store, which is located in NYC’s SoHo neighborhood at 224 Mulberry St., re-opens to the public on May 5 at 11 EDT.
