Watch Tyler, the Creator's New "Hot Wind Blows" Music Video
The visual was captured on a handheld camera while the rapper was on tour last year.
Tyler, the Creator is on a roll. On Tuesday, the chart-topper returned to give the video treatment to another CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST: The Estate Sale cut, “Hot Wind Blows,” featuring Lil Wayne. Directed by Lazaro Rodriguez, the visual was shot on a handheld camera, while Tyler was on tour in 2022.
The track, which also appeared on the original version of CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, marks the fifth of Tyler’s to receive a music video in the past week, following “Dogtooth,” “Sorry Not Sorry,” “Wharf Talk” and “Heaven to Me.” In this video, Tyler reunites with friends from his former rap group, Odd Future, for an adventure filled with ATV excursions, yacht rides and forest hikes.
“So many stinkies sit in my wallet, look like a folding chair,” he raps. “The Cartier so light on my body, thought I floated here / We boated here, it’s Tunechi and Tyler, but call me Baudelaire, yeah.”
The Estate Sale was released on Friday of last week, as an extended version of Tyler’s latest record, CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, which hit streaming platforms in 2021. The deluxe added eight songs to the pre-existing tracklist, with guest appearances from A$AP Rocky, Vince Staples and YG.
