"Mica Green" Hits the Nike Air Max 1

As springtime continues to develop, brands are pivoting to pastels. For Nike, one such hue that has been well-received for years is its “Mica Green.” Returning to the mix for 2023, it has already been spotted on the Dunk Low, pairing with white and off-white to create a soft look. However, that’s not all that the Swoosh has in store for the colorway, it has since appeared on the Air Max 1.
With the Air Max 1’s new “Mica Green” makeover, a mixed material build has been prepped. Its base favors a white mesh that reaches from the toe box to the collar and tongue. Resting atop this layer, gray suede paneling offsets the brightness with its signature shade outfitting the leather mudguard and Swooshes. Its green similarly outfits the heel embroidery and tongue branding while a white midsole and black rubber outsole complete the look.
Now officially revealed, the Nike Air Max 1 “Mica Green” is currently expected to land on shelves April 14 via Nike and select retailers at a suggested price of $150 USD.
