Nike Dresses Its Air Zoom Vomero 5 in an Understated "520" Colorway
Hit with speckles of “Metallic Silver.”
Nike has just presented a brand-new iteration of its Air Zoom Vomero 5 and the sneaker is soon to be available in an understated and summer-ready “520” colorway.
Over recent times, Nike has continued to push out regular general-release colorways of its most popular silhouettes. For example, the Dunk Low and Air Force 1 have been used often as a canvas for experimentation with vibrant color schemes and collaborations. And while those silhouettes have been two of the main sneakers to dominate the shelves, the Swoosh’s Zoom Vomero has also been reinterpreted often with a melange of different color schemes.
Standing as one of Nike’s most popular runners, this new Zoom Vomero has been dressed in a mix of white, “Metallic Silver,” and pink tones. Additionally, the shoe has also been constructed with an open mesh base with leather overlays, while the side panels and heel counter have been hit with plastic fabrications. Meanwhile, “520” branding is applied to the insoles and heels and this sits atop the sneaker’s signature Zoom Air cushioning to round off the design.
You can check out the new Nike Zoom Vomero 5 “520” above and it will be available to shop via the official Nike website and with select retailers in the coming months for $160 USD.
