UPDATE: We’re just weeks away from one of the summer’s most-anticipated collaborations: Union LA x Bephies Beauty Supply x Jordan Brand’s “The Summer of ‘96.” Previously, all eyes were set on the Air Jordan 1 High OG, however, the trio has confirmed an Air Jordan 1 High Elevate is also releasing alongside complementary apparel options. Enjoy a complete preview of the collection above and official imagery from Nike below as release for the collection remains scheduled for August 24 with both shoes priced at $200 USD each.
UPDATE: After months of early pairs creating intrigue, it’s almost time for Union LA to link with Bephies Beauty Supply and Jordan Brand on the Air Jordan 1. Celebrating “The Summer of ‘96,” the two-piece footwear collaboration taps into the time when Union LA founder Chris Gibbs and Bephies Beauty Supply founder Beth Birkett met, serving as the foundation to the love they share today. To recreate the magic of this time, the Air Jordan 1 High OG and Air Jordan 1 High Elevate have been crafted with an old-school flavor that notably includes woven detailing throughout the upper. Release for the pairs is scheduled for August 24. Stay tuned for official imagery and additional launch info as we expect this launch to be one of the month’s biggest events in footwear.

UPDATE: Earlier this month, images of the forthcoming Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High OG collaboration started to trickle out. Now that detailed, on-foot shots of the pair have appeared on our radar, we’re now learning that it may be a three-way collaboration made in partnership with Bephies Beauty Supply — the streetwear label founded by Beth Birkett, the wife of Union LA’s owner Chris Gibbs. Neither party has confirmed this information yet, but it’s likely that more details surrounding the official launch will pop up in the coming months as we draw closer to its rumored August 2023 drop. The pair is constructed with a neutral-heavy Air Footscape-inspired upper and features call-outs to Bephies Beauty Supply on the heels.
Original Story: Shortly after the release of its Air Jordan 1 KO Low collaboration, Union LA is now rumored to be gearing up for another collaboration with Jordan Brand. Believed to serve as a follow-up to its Air Jordan 1 release back in 2018 which featured two colorways, the Los Angeles-based retailer is set to revisit the Air Jordan 1 High OG.

Rumors are noting that the collaboration will express a mix of “Sail/Wolf Grey/Muslin/Pale Vanilla/Kinetic Green/University Gold.” Sneaker insider MrUnloved1s has also noted that mock-ups floating around the Internet do not depict how the collaboration actually looks. Refuting the designs based on the 2018 release, we could potentially see a totally new take on Michael Jordan‘s first signature shoe.
Priced at $200 USD, the Union LA x Air Jordan 1 High OG is now expected to arrive sometime this August. Stay tuned for more details.
