Billionaire Boys Club Celebrates Its 20th Anniversary With New Logo and Exclusive Capsule

Luxury streetwear brand founded by multi-hyphenate Pharrell Williams and NIGO, Billionaire Boys Club, is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. In honor of two decades of the brand, BBC ICECREAM is launching a special edition 20th anniversary logo and an exclusive t-shirt.

Known for fusing Japanese and American street styles, the label has often been remembered for its iconic astronaut graphics designed by SK8THING. A prominent motif amongst streetwear lovers, the astronaut finds itself amongst the most inspiring artists and creatives around the world, from Tokyo to Hong Kong to London to New York City.

Paying homage to the milestone year, Billionaire Boys Club is est to launch a series of special collaborative projects and experiences across the world in New York City, Miami, London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Kicking off the 20th-anniversary celebration, the brand is launching an Anniversary Program Collection — a series of special and limited edition releases that will eventually curate into a full BBC20 anniversary collection by the end of the year. The first item on the docket includes a 20th-anniversary t-shirt featuring the new celebratory logo. The original BBC logo is seen as a small depiction on the small left chest, while the BBC20 Anniversary Logo is on the back. A numeral 20th-anniversary logo is seen on the back neck area. Future drops for the anniversary will include pieces that are a nod to Pharrell’s iconic BBC-style moments.

In a statement, Pharrell said, ““It’s amazing that we’ve continued to evolve and inspire and create all these years and still remain true to the brand. I get so much inspiration from the world and the amazing artists around me and that’s what has fueled a lot of our designs and collections. My eternal thanks to our community of creatives and those who have supported BBC for the last 20 years.” The upcoming BBC20 logo is set to be revealed on March 27 along with the digital BBC20 Anniversary Timeline experience. The BBC20 t-shirt will be available for purchase starting on March 30 at BBC ICECREAM flagship stores in New York City and Miami and online at BBC ICECREAM.
