Nike's Air Force 1 "Just Do It" Is Complemented With Denim Swooshes
Featuring woven tongues and multi-color bouclés.
Nike has just presented the latest iteration of its classic Air Force 1 silhouette and this time around, the Swoosh has added a selection of denim details to the shoe that first made its debut in 1982.
Bruce Kilgore’s classic design has been open to fresh interpretations for some time now. From luxury collaborations with the likes of Off-White™ and Tiffany, celebrity takes on the shoe from musicians like Billie Eilish, and experimental solo versions of the sneaker such as the recently-presented “Los Angeles” colorway, Nike has always found ways to keep its fans engaged with one of its most popular silhouettes.
Now, the shoe has been unveiled with another unique take, this time applying subtle denim details and a fresh take on the brand’s classic slogan: “Just Do It.” Featuring an “Off White” upper with signature perforations on the toe box, the design’s highlight comes in the form of denim Swooshes on the lateral sides and heel tabs.
Additionally, woven tongues and multi-color bouclés are also added to the lateral walls, while pink “Just Do It” embroidery sits alongside “NIKE AIR” branding on the heels with oversized Swooshes on the insoles. Rounding things off, the sneaker is finished with a customary AF1 rubber sole in white.
