BEAMS Partners With Mizuno for an Earthy Wave Rider Beta Collab

Mizuno only announced its new Wave Rider Beta silhouette this month, but it’s wasting no time in handing it off to another entity for a collaborative project. The Japanese sportswear label has tapped BEAMS to craft its own iteration of the lifestyle model and teasers of the kicks has popped up on our radar. This marks the fifth collaboration between this duo.
If you’ve kept up with BEAMS‘ footwear team-ups and exclusive launches in the past, then you’d know that it has a penchant for utilizing neutral tones. That’s exactly the case with this Waver Rider Beta installment as the base has been formed with a hemp build that’s dyed with off-white exteriors. Sitting adjacent to that are buttery suede overlays and RunBird logos that are prepared with a lighter beige hue as well as cream colored shoe laces. Down below, the chiseled midsole piece is fitted with a tan complexion to complete its earthy arrangement.
Parties that are interested in copping can find these dropping on April 1 via BEAMS Japan outposts and online come April 1. Take a gander at the gallery above to catch a first look.
