From March 27-April 1, watch aficionados, collectors and retailers will flock to the heart of Geneva for Watches & Wonders 2023 — a week-long event of programs to indulge in what the biggest manufacturers have unveiled for 2023. One imprint that is participating is TAG Heuer, which has just unveiled its newest assemblage of timepieces that range from new Carrera Chronographs, Carrera Dates, a Carrera Plasma Diamant d’Avant-Garde and more.

They come with blue or black dials with 42 mm stainless steel cases and high-end calfskin straps that feature a simple round case, fluid integrated lugs, and ergonomic chronograph pushers. Its punchy splashes of orange and red on the hour markers and across the dial are incorporated to mimic the sound of a race car building up speed.
Carrera Date 36MM

The watch’s proportions have been slimmed down and accompanied with a redesigned crown and bracelet that’s meant to be more comfortable to wear. Its powered by the new Calibre 7 Automatic movement which provides a 56-hour power reserve. The watch is available in four dial colors: deep blue, pastel green, warm silver, and bright pink.
Carrera Glassbox – PR
Another highlight of TAG Heuer’s 2023 capsule is the new Carrera chronograph with a tourbillon visible through an aperture at six o’clock. It possesses a “glassbox effect” that counteracts the effects of gravity on the mechanical movement’s accuracy. It’s powered by its in-house tourbillon movement, TH20-09, COSC certified with a 65-hour power reserve. Additionally, it features a curved sapphire crystal and slightly curved flange and indexes on the dial.
Carrera Plasma
A cornerstone of the 2023 lineup is the TAG Heuer Carrera Plasma Diamant d’Avant-Garde. This timepiece is fitted with 124 custom-made lab-grown diamonds of a total on 15.5 carats on the aluminum bezel and bracelet, as well as on the chronograph case, crown, dial, and indexes. The disruptive piece is fueled by Calibre Heuer 02 Tourbillon Nanograph movement which is meant to supply anti-magnetism, shock resistance, and stability across temperature ranges.
PR – Aquaracer Gold
The Aquaracer lineage introduces its first bi-color model which includes four Steel and Gold models that come in 40mm and 30mm sizes. Designed with stainless steel and solid 18-carat gold, the, versatile high-performance sports watch will be offered in a duo of black colorways, black and rose gold, and blue and yellow gold.
