Digital fashion marketplace Depop strives to foster community through fashion — see the resale expert’s 2022 Collaborators series, if you need just one refresher on its purposeful, people-first business approach. For its latest initiative, dubbed “Depop This Look,” the brand has tapped a roster of “tastemakers” to curate edits inspired by notable Los Angeles locales from the platform’s top vintage finds.

The program, which will feature a total of 20 Southern Californian small businesses, has officially kicked off with a slew of creator partnerships, including Jordan Firstman x Pink’s Hot Dogs, Quen Blackwell x Neighbors Skateshop and Eunice Chang x Rainbow Bar & Grill. Participants can visit the aforementioned locations to scan unique QR codes that are creatively integrated throughout each space. From there, users will receive access to a curated edit of trends, second-hand styles and vintage fashion in-line with LA’s emerging hot spots.

“To me, fashion is all about finding inspiration in unlikely places and making a statement about who you are,” said Firstman. “I’m so excited to partner with Depop to bring the iconic aesthetic of Pink’s Hot Dogs to life and help other fashion-lovers sustainably shop the curation.”

Through the next month, Depop will launch several additional edits, which will include Remi Wolf x Night + Market Song, Cassidy King x De La Nonna, Lia Bass x The Line Hotel, Marcel Ruiz x Supervinyl and more. Notably, each “Depop This Look” location will remain shoppable through May 5.

“I’m so excited to partner with Depop to bring Night + Market Song’s eclectic and vibrant style to life,” said Wolf. “In both my music and my personal style – I am constantly gaining inspiration from the world around me – and now, it’s easy to do the same by shopping Depop’s curated Night + Market song edit.”

For those based in Los Angeles, head to Pink’s Hot Dogs, Neighbors Skateshop and Rainbow Bar & Grill now to check out the inaugural “Depop This Look” drops. Stay tuned for the next installments in the initiative.
