Unveiled back in October, JiyongKim, the eponymous label of designer Jiyong Kim, has now shared the campaign for its Spring/Summer 2023 collection. The seasonal range is comprised of various outerwear, hoodies, shirts, and pants marked by sun-bleached details that establish a focus on natural color fading.

The label’s unique process rejects the large amounts of water and harmful chemicals to produce the desired coloration while developing thoughtfully designed clothing.

Set in nature with striking sunlight continuing the process of the collection, the SS23 offerings are explored in a showcase of striking layering, pleating, asymmetric patterns, and placement details. The styles constructed of sustainable selected vintage and dead-stock textiles are marked by functional pocketing, button closures, and flowing elements. Standouts include the Sun-Bleached Pleated Hood Jacket, Light Shawl Collar Jacket, and Twisted Trousers.

Take a look at the range in the campaign above and shop JiyongKim’s SS23 collection at select retailers in the coming weeks.
