Hulu has released the first look clip at its upcoming original docuseries, RapCaviar Presents.

The visual features Tyler, the Creator and Pharrell Williams discussing their friendship and musical journey together, with the former opening up about how Skateboard P’s words of wisdom during his 2015 Cherry Bomb European tour changed his outlook on music. Tyler also opened up about the importance of his friendship with Pharrell as an only child with no older cousins or father to look up to, while Pharrell divulged the thought-provoking questions he asked T.

RapCaviar Presents is described as “a compelling new documentary series that tackles some of today’s most provocative issues through the stories of hip-hop visionaries and emerging stars currently ruling the charts and influencing our culture, from City Girls to Tyler, The Creator, Jack Harlow, Polo G, Roddy Ricch, Coi Leray and more. Based on the influential Spotify playlist, launched in 2015, this seven-part series is a deep dive into current events that untangles important subjects and offers a view of the world from an artist’s perspective.”

“Spotify continues to find ways to innovate and grow the influence of our playlist brands. We’re excited to expand the RapCaviar universe through this docuseries with our partners at Hulu. Using hip-hop as a vehicle to examine society, we’re revealing stories through the lens of visionaries like Tyler, The Creator, and the City Girls. Through RapCaviar Presents, we’re hoping to entertain and educate hip-hop fans and spark meaningful conversations about music and culture,” said Carl Chery, Creative Director, Head of Urban Music.

Watch the clip above. All seven episodes of RapCaviar Presents drops March 30 on Hulu.

Elsewhere in music, Funkmaster Flex and Wu-Tang Clan have squashed their 26-year-long beef.
