Jacquemus has revealed an exclusive sporty-chic capsule collection with Nike. Within the apparel-heavy lineup, the two parties also introduced the J Force 1 sneaker silhouette, which is the only pair of footwear unveiled within the collaboration.

Amalgamating both brands’ design DNA, the J Force 1 is a revamped, reworked, and eccentric reimaging of Nike’s iconic Air Force 1 silhouette. Crafted from leather, the new kicks feature a hand-woven construction incoporated with a tonal base. As for soles, the new silhouette is fitted with the sturdy waffle rubber outsole and debossed heels.

The Swoosh motif arrives in the form of metallic hardware that’s used to embellish the middle section of the shoe. The same material is also utilized for the lace dubraes, which are engraved with “JF1.”

Three different colors are offered, ranging from a bright mandarin orange to a classic black, and a pristine white hue. Among the three colorways, the orange variant is both the most different and the most talked-about. While its monochromatic counterparts feature a mostly leather build, the orange version arrives with a mesh middle and toe box. It’s also the only edition with gold-tone hardware and contrasting laces.

Retailing for $170 USD, all colorways of the J Force 1 sneakers are currently and exclusively purchasable on Jacquemus’ online shop.
