Nike will continue cooking up batches of its Dunk Low models in 2023, with several colorways already rumored to hit shelves in the coming weeks. From various “Year of the Rabbit” renditions to a pair fitted with fishhook Swooshes, the Nike Dunk Low is now previewed in a “Kentucky Alternate” colorway.

This edition takes design cues from the classic “Kentucky” colorway from 1985’s “Be True to Your School” pack, swapping white for grey and featuring a lighter tone of blue compared to the original.

The color-blocked offering sees a pale grey tumbled leather base that hits the perforated toe boxes, medial panels, and rears. Blue tones counteract, running through the mudguards, lacing systems, ankle flaps, and branded heel tabs.

White quarter Swooshes receive a reflective finish, while standard nylon tongues don Nike labels, and white midsoles complete the design atop blue rubber bottoms.

Take a closer look at the Nike Dunk Low “Kentucky Alternate” in the gallery above. The kicks are expected to drop later in 2023 for $110 USD via Nike and select retailers globally.
