Are Stüssy and Timberland Cooking Up a Collaborative Boot for 2023?
Early images show a pair of dual-branded hiking boots kitted in GORE-TEX-coated ostrich leather.

True Stüssy heads will remember some of the streetwear imprint’s more humble collaborations, such as those with Timberland. Hypebeast’s archives uncovered pairs from 2009, with the collaborative efforts continuing each year until it ended in 2014 with the Fall/Winter 2014 series of 6 Inch Boots. Now, images circulating online imply that the two may be coming back together again in 2023, taking on one of the brand’s core hiking silhouettes.
Sporting an all-black upper, the pair is designed using smooth and ostrich-effect leather that’s been treated in GORE-TEX weatherproofing, keeping the elements at bay. Timberland’s logo sits etched into the medial rear-quarter, featuring alongside a metal GORE-TEX-branded plaque.
Stüssy, on the other hand, takes pride of place as its insignia is embedded into the tongues. Further branding appears in the form of the “SS” logo, hitting up a metal fastener on the silver-toned metal eyelets, while a choice of black, green, or black-and-green rope laces round out the collaborative pair.
No word has been uttered by either collaborator as of yet. Take a look at the teaser shots above and stay tuned to Hypebeast for more updates as news unfolds.
