Check Out Nicki Minaj's Air Jordan 6 Low "Pinkprint" PE
Limited to 24 pairs and created to celebrate Minaj’s 2014 album of the same name.

Nicki Minaj’s 2014 album The Pinkprint is a classic from the Tens: it went 2x platinum thanks to hits like “Anaconda,” “Only” and bonus track “Truffle Butter,” and secured a spot on many a decade’s-end “best of” list. Any casual hip-hop fan knows of the album and its success, but a more hidden part of its overarching story has now been revealed in full: a Air Jordan 6 Low “Pinkprint” PE that Jordan Brand made for Minaj to help celebrate the album’s release and its accompanying tour.
The low-top Air Jordan 6 artfully encapsulates Minaj’s signature aesthetic at the time with vibrant neon purple and pink tones that are applied in gradient fade-style detail on the upper and are offset by white leather overlays. Other details include chromed-out lace toggles and icy pink soles, but the shoe’s most notable embellishments are provided by The Pinkprint-specific fingerprint graphics on both the heel and the insole. It’s reportedly limited to a scant 24 pairs, which were distributed to Minaj as well as her friends and family.
Minaj actually received several PE-style sneakers from Jordan Brand around the release of The Pinkprint. Before performing at 2015’s Jordan Brand Classic in Brooklyn, she took to her Instagram to tease a pair of “Pinkprint” Jordan Jasmines (a women’s-specific take on the Air Jordan 1 named after Michael Jordan’s daughter), and images of a silver, pink and purple Air Jordan 1 have made the rounds on the Internet in years past as well.
Unless you’ve got an amazing sneaker plug or a familial connection to Minaj, you’ll likely never get your hands on these — but you can enjoy a detailed set of images above thanks to English Sole.
