Jordan Brand can thank Travis Scott for bringing new life to the Air Jordan 1 Low. Since Scott outfitted the sneaker in 2019, the silhouette has catapulted into its most relevant state yet. Now, following several colorways including 2022’s Air Jordan 1 Low “Reverse Mocha,” Scott looks to be releasing two more looks for the silhouette. A triple black “Black Phantom” has been spotted alongside Scott revealing a “Sail Black” colorway as part of his surprise appearance during Future’s set at Rolling Loud Miami 2022.

Based on first looks courtesy of Scott, key elements of the “Sail Black” pair include Scott’s signature reversed Swoosh on the lateral with a contrasting color palette of black, sail, red and white. The base favors black while white leather overlays accompany sail on the Swooshes, laces and midsole. Red accents the look on various co-branding details on the tongue and heel to complete what details are expected from this pair.

While release information remains subject to change, the Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black Sail” is expected to launch Spring 2023 in women’s and family sizing at a price of $150 USD via Nike and select retailers. Take a look at the mockup above and keep an eye out for closer looks and official images to surface in the coming months.
