NBA YoungBoy Delivers New Mixtape 'Realer 2'
Following up its 2018 predecessor.
YoungBoy Never Broke Again surprised fans with the release of his latest mixtape, Realer 2.
The 15-track project features one guest feature from Jaz on the track “Poppin Shit” and is currently available to stream on YouTube only. Realer 2 marks his fourth release of 2022, following his August studio album The Last Slimeto — which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 — the collaborative Better Than You project with DaBaby from March and Colors from January.
In mid-August, YB hinted at the idea of The Last Slimeto being his last album. “To be honest I really don’t care about this being my last album. I finally can say I completed something. I ain’t finish school. I never finish nothing but my smoke… but nah gangster I then shedded tears from the way y’all been doing me but it’s all for the better,” he wrote in the caption of a now-deleted Instagram post. He also added a sweet note to his late brother and grandmother, “[T]ell li Dave and grandma I completed something and I’m doing fine.”
