September 7 marks one year since J Balvin first teased his second project with Jordan Brand, following up on the duo’s colorful take on the Air Jordan 1. Fans can finally celebrate that a release date has been set, landing just over one year later. This time, the “Prince of Reggaeton” has not only prepared a sneaker for release but has designed an entire collection with Jordan Brand. Previously, we’ve seen official images of his Air Jordan 2, a friends and family colorway of the sneaker and several apparel pieces shown off. Now, a full look at the apparel and accessories has been offered, alongside the reveal of a collaborative slide.

J Balvin’s take on the Air Jordan 2 has certainly been the focal point of this release so far. However, the duo’s varsity jacket, slides and basketball are stand out pieces to accompany the main event. The Jordan Super Play serves as the slide silhouette of choice with collaborative detailing found throughout the colorful upper. With apparel, the varsity jacket is backed by hoodies, a crewneck, tees, fleece pants and a pair of shorts, all carrying thematic elements throughout. As for the accessories, a J Balvin x Jordan Brand basketball combines with an adjustable hat and two crew sock colorways to complete this energetic capsule.

Release for the entire J Balvin x Jordan Brand collection is set for September 15 via Nike and select retailers. Prices are set at $300 USD for the Air Jordan 2, $70 USD for the slides and between $14 USD to $500 USD for the apparel. Check out the collection above and through SNKRS.

In other footwear news, new pictures of the DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5 “Crimson Bliss” have surfaced alongside Khaled sharing a closer look at his upcoming Jordan Brand collection.
